The cooperative art galleries at 530 West 25th Street – The galleries are owned by the artists themselves, it is free to visit and the art is for sale direct from the artists.
The Labyrinth for Contemplation in Battery Park – located just east of the striking cut-out of a soldier at the Korean War Veterans Memorial and just northeast of Castle Clinton, you can see the Statue of Liberty in one direction and the rising One World Trade Center in the other.
