The mobile analytics and advertising company Apsalar recently released data on the differences in mobile app use between men and women and the results are surprising. If you’re looking to get rich from making mobile apps, women are going to be your best customers. According to their data, women install about 40 percent more apps, buy 17 percent more paid apps, and pay about 87 percent more for the apps they buy than their male counterparts. However, men spend about 42 percent more on in-app purchases than do women. There are also significant differences in the types of apps that men and women use.
