Screen on the Green Announces 2011 Films and Dates

Washingtonian.com’s Screen on the Green Announces 2011 Films and Dates highlights the new location and schedule of this Washington tradition. The screening will still happen on the Mall, but this year it will be a few blocks west, between 8th and 14th streets, Northwest. The films will play at dusk on four consecutive Mondays on 35mm film projected on a 20-by-40-foot screen on the National Mall between 8th and 14th Streets NW. The schedule is:

July 25 – In the Heat of the Night
August 1 – One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
August 8 – Gentlemen Prefer Blondes
August 15 – Cool Hand Luke
