N.J. Debuts Free Traffic iPhone App

Nj.com is reporting on the new iPhone app called Trumpit, developed by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. The application allows drivers to get audio versions of 511nj.org traffic alerts on any highway in New Jersey. To receive the alerts, drivers can sign up at the 511nj.org website and also go to the iPhone App Store and download the Trumpit app for free.

On a side note: NJ Transit has just introduced My Bus, allowing those who take mass transit to find out when the next bus is scheduled to arrive. Passengers can call (973) 275-5555 or text the bus stop ID number to mybus (69287).
