Lego Artisan Creates Endangered Species for Zoo

To raise awareness of endangered animals to the children, the Philadelphia Zoo‘s Lego-made exhibit, called ”Creatures of Habitat: A Gazillion-Piece Animal Adventure.” The project is the work of Lego artist Sean Kenney, took over a year to create and features 34 animals made of Legos. Treehugger.com reports that in addition to the Lego sculptures, each exhibit features a description of how the animals’ habitat is under threat, and simple ways that everyone can help aid in its protection. Visitors are encouraged to recycle, avoid environmentally irresponsible products, and bicycle instead of drive when they can.

Churchill has temporary housing available in the Philadelphia area. Please call us at 866-255-0593 for more information.
