The Smithsonian’s Ripley Center in Washington, D.C., titled The Patents and Trademarks of Steve Jobs: Art and Technology that Changed the World is showing from May 11 through July 8. The exhibit looks at the far-reaching impact of Steve Jobs’ entrepreneurship and innovation on our daily lives, and how his patents and trademarks reveal the importance intellectual property plays in the global marketplace. On view are an Apple Macintosh computer, mouse, and keyboard; a NeXT monitor, keyboard, mouse, sound box, and microcomputer; and an Apple iPod.
