Theatlantic.com published the list of 10 Most Flirtatious Cities in America as measured online. The list was based on the findings at Badoo, a multi-lingual social networking site with more than 100 million registered users in 180 countries around the world. To determine which cities across the country were hotbeds of Internet activity, Badoo looked at 12 million flirtatious contacts — defined by the researchers as chats initiated with strangers – made during a one-month period.
