Esecaucus.com’s Food Network Chef to Appear at Secaucus Library spotlights Amanda Freitag‘s scheduled appearance on April 15th. Freitag has appeared as a judge on hit TV shows like Chopped, Iron Chef America and The Next Iron Chef. Freitag’s New Jersey connection is through her late grandmother, who was director of the Secaucus Public Library. Freitag’s appearance will begin at 2:00 pm at the library’s Panasonic Room and is sponsored the Friends of the Secaucus Public Library. Space is limited so those planning to attend should register by calling 201-330-2083.
